2. All Price changes notifications will be sent out 30-60 days before the change takes place and you must okay the new prices for services to proceed. We will never surprise you on bill or not give you time to prepare.

No contracts

1. Unless you specifically agreed to be in a contract. None of our standard plans have any seasonal or yearly contracts.

Money back garnateed

1. What is covered under the satisfaction guarantee .

   1. Damages to property.

   2. Incomplete work that was stated in the written contract.

   3. Improperly completed work.

2. If you are unhappy with the last service call to your property you can chose

   1. to let us try to fix it free of charge.

   2. We will re-inverse you for the last call minus and materials consumed (trees, mulch, bedding, etc.) anything that stays on your property after we leave.

3. You must email services@stonehawkcreations.com with following within 7 days.
   1. A detailed complaint about the problem.
   2. Pictures showing the mistakes made.
   3. If you choose to have us remedy the mistake and it is still not correct. submit a second compliant within 7 days and we will start the reimbursement processes. 

Email List

1. Stone Hawk Creations will send email correspondence about the following.

   1. Account communication will vary and only used as needed ( no promotions).

      1. Changes to account
      2. Notes on recent correspondence
      3. Billing
      4. Expected time of arrival.
   2. Stone Hawk Creations adds and promotions will not exceed two times a month
      1. Seasonal  promotions.
      2. changes to services we offer.
